When you click Proceed to Checkout below you will be taken to a page that has a place to
enter a 'Customer Code' (See Example Below). This is NOT the same as the 5-Digit 'Order Code'
given to you by an Authorized Wellness Direct Representative. Leave the Customer Code field
blank unless instructed differently by your Representative. You will enter your 5-Digit Order Code
after proceeding to the next page after the Shopping Cart in the checkout process.
